Skonaren Ingos Vänner tilldelades den 12 december 2012 200 000 kr från Stiftelsen Konung Gustav VI Adolfs fond för svensk kultur för den pågående stora renoveringen av Ingos babordssida. Beslutet är taget av Hans Majestät Konungen efter beredning av stiftelsens sakkunniga.
